  • Standard rates include the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel and tolls. We offer an inclusive price which also gives an 11.11% gratuity to the chauffeur (you are allowed to tip additional cash for outstanding service).

  • We encourage you to book as early as possible. We are on a first to book basis.

  • If you have booked directly with us, we allow for a 48 hour cancellation. Anything under 48 hours is no refunds.

  • Please contact the partnering company, hotel concierge or agency on what there policies are. All changes must be made by the booking agent.

  • 95% of our business is referrals and contracts with Hotel partners, DMC’s and referrals.

    This minimizes marketing dollars on our end, allowing us to extend a better price to Partners and also allowing for inclusive pricing.

  • We will always encourage you to see one of our partners via the hotel desk, concierge team or activities desk (or sites).
